Return policy at Hnb-co.asia
Hnb-co.asia guarantees that products sold at Hnb-co.asia are new and 100% genuine. In the rare case that the product you receive is defective, damaged or not as described, Hnb-co.asia commits to protecting customers with an exchange and warranty policy as follows:

  • Product has technical errors from the supplier.
  • The product has expired.
  • The product does not match the customer's request because the employee prepared the wrong product type and color when delivered.
  • The product is still within the 48-hour return period.
  • The product is still in original packaging, has not been sealed and has not been used.
  • Customers do not perform a joint check with the Shipper when receiving goods online.
  • The product is defective due to customer impact.
  • Products in the special discount program of 40% or more, promotional gift products included with orders.
  • The product is 48 hours past the return deadline.
  • The product has had its labels and seals removed (if any) and has been used for testing.
  • Product packaging and boxes are lost, damaged, or scratched due to customer error.

Exchange method:

Buy products at the company Home delivery
  • Contact to exchange within 48 hours from the time the company issues the invoice.
  • You must keep the purchase receipt, buy it at any supermarket and exchange it at that supermarket.
  • The product to be exchanged must still have the original tags/seals intact, with no signs of being used (Comes with a gift if any).
  • Value of exchange (new): must be equal to or higher than the item you want to exchange.
  • Must check with Shipper when receiving goods.
  • Contact to exchange goods within 48 hours of successfully receiving goods from the shipping unit.
  • Exchanged products must still have original tags/seals, no signs of being used (Along with a gift if any).
  • Provide the unpacking video to the customer service department.
  • Select and notify customer service if you want to change to another product.

Note:

- Customers please contact customer service before performing the return operation (for example: sending goods by post, coming directly to the store...). Please contact Customer Care for return instructions according to regulations.

- Customers only need to pay the difference when exchanging for another product (if any).

- Initial delivery fee will not be refunded. (if any)

- In case the goods are defective from the supplier, the Customer only pays the shipping fee, and the return return is completely free.
