Delivery policy

We commit :
- Delivery within 1 - 2 days for addresses in Hanoi city.
- For suburban areas of Hanoi city, we will deliver within 2 - 3 days.
- Other areas in the North from 7-10 days (depending on weather conditions)
- Central and Southern regions from 5 - 7 days.
- The above commitment time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- For orders that need urgent delivery, please immediately notify the sales staff for advice and agree on delivery time with the delivery department.
- In case you pay by bank transfer or by post, we will send the goods immediately after confirmation that the order has been paid.
The following shipping methods are currently applied :
